  1. Complete the online Registration Form & Parental Waiver form.

  2. Make sure to SELECT the correct camp and SELECT resident or commuter.

  3. Print and complete parental waiver and consent form. Camper will not be allowed to participate without a completed waiver/consent form. The waiver/consent form link is located on the Registration Form & Parental Waiver page.

  4. Mail parental waiver & consent form, payment and Special Diet forms, located on the Registration Form & Parental Waiver page.

  5. Multiple campers from same family each require their own registration and signed forms.  Campers attending Intensive/Technique then Team need to submit two sets of forms.

  6. Please note that balances are due before June 16, 2018 or an additional fee of $20 will be added to account. YOUTH Camp must be paid in full.

  7. Overnight campers:  Please bring $80 in cash or a check with you for a Key Deposit.
