Mail parental waiver & consent form, payment and Special Diet forms, located on the Registration Form & Parental Waiver page.
Multiple campers from same family each require their own registration and signed forms. Campers attending Intensive/Technique then Team need to submit two sets of forms.
Please note that balances are due before June 16, 2018 or an additional fee of $20 will be added to account. YOUTH Camp must be paid in full.
Overnight campers: Please bring $80 in cash or a check with you for a Key Deposit.
